Delhi Metro online survey begins today

For the third year in a row, the Delhi Metro is going to conduct an online customer satisfaction survey from Monday.
The survey, which is going to be simultaneously held in the other metros across the world, would cover a range of parameters including security, comfort and reliability of the vast network.
“The survey will focus on availability of trains, accessibility, information prior to and during travel, reliability, customer care, comfort, crowding and security,” said Anuj Dayal, Executive Director (Corporate Communication), Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC).
The bilingual survey, is available on the Delhi metro's website, will give a participant five options, ranging from ‘very satisfied’ to ‘very dissatisfied’, to choose from.
“This survey is being conducted in association with the two main global bodies for Metro systems – CoMET and NOVA. After its completion, metro organisations across the world will compare their results and share feedback,” he added.
In the survey conducted last year, DMRC had topped the ‘Information during travel’ category and was placed second in terms of ‘Train cleanliness and comfort’ among 20 member Metro systems of CoMET and NOVA groups. The Delhi metro has been participating in similar surveys since 2014.
